Welcome to my Rstudio + Shiny workshop
This site is a landing page for my Rstudio and Shiny projects. It currently serves as a proof of concept for implementing collaborative data analyses in an AWS-powered environment. In the section below I will link to my online workspace as well as any active Shiny apps.
Users can log in to the Rstudio Workshop to create Shiny apps which, when saved in the users' ShinyApps directory, are made available on the web. There are currently only two accounts: my account and a guest account. The links to the projects for these users, plus the built-in samples, are provided below.
- Bouldr is an R package I am developing. It does Receiver Operator Characteristic (ROC) curve analyses and has a simple interface for comparing multiple curves graphically and analytically.
- Measuring Clinically Significant Change: A prototype of this Python Dash app for calculating and visualizing clinically significant change.
- Categorical Perception Project: An in-progress write-up of some data collected when I was the lab manager of the Johns Hopkins Vision and Cognition Lab.
- My App Workspace: A repository containing my ongoing projects developed on this server.
